Budget Bracket #1 represents our lowest tier pricing available for 1 -time video productions. Aside from the obvious price point benefit, it offers a lot of value for a wide range of unique situations. But first, let’s address why it’s cheaper.

Why is Bracket #1 Cheaper?

In general, lower prices in content creation can be seen as “cutbacks” due to less expenses on the agency end. Like any other business, video production agencies incur cost dependent on the assets needed to create the project. Some of these assets are

  • Professionals hired to manage the shoot.

  • Equipment needed to obtain a certain visual quality

  • Pre-Production hours needed to fulfill certain production related task

In the case of Budget Bracket 1, it’s all shrunken to reach an affordable and easy going setup. An example of this could be the consideration of an audio engineer, whom handles the audio related requirements for a film shoot. In the case of some projects, an audio engineer may not be necessary, as the sound task for that particular project doesn’t warrant hiring that individual. In the case of sound, this would likely be because the sound requirements called for only 1 sound source on 1 speaking individual. This is not something that necessarily requires a hired sound professional, and represents significant savings for clients.

Do any of these “Cutbacks” affect the quality of the content?

The answer is Yes, most cutbacks will clearly be a lesser production value than something of a higher budget. The most clear example of this is the video equipment and lighting used, which in a basic setup, is more simple.

What then is the value of a lower budget?

Naturally a lower budget is more appealing to those who can’t break the bank for content creation, but there is also more impactful reasons to consider a lower budget package.

  • Your marketing expenses are more focused elsewhere.

  • Your video inherently does not need to be a “top quality production”. This is to say, it’s not really supposed to be something intended to showcase top level professionalism.

  • You want to create something that’s very easy and quick to produce. This is very popular amongst our clients, and is especially common for those who have busy schedules

  • You’ve already done most of the legwork for the video, but just need to have it created. This is also popular among our clients. An example of this is when a client already has a script and is actively shopping for a production company to create what they have prepared.

  • You only need a video edit. A video edit is simply a video that does not include any filming.

While it outlines many advantages in its selection, we don’t necessarily consider any package as the “best value” or “right choice”. The determination of which package to consider mostly comes down to the content in discussion, your industry, and your goals.
